I acknowledge that I owe Swiss Valley Caravan Storage Ltd the sum of:

in unpaid storage fees and any applicable charges accrued to the date of this agreement.

I voluntarily agree to transfer all of my right, title and interest in the above caravan and its contents to Draig Debt Recovery Ltd in full and final settlement of the outstanding storage charges.

3. Declaration of Ownership & Finance

5. Effect of this Agreement

Upon completion:

• I relinquish all rights, title and interest in the caravan and its contents.
• I authorise Draig Debt Recovery Ltd to take possession of, remove, store, sell, dispose of or otherwise deal with the caravan.
• Neither Swiss Valley Caravan Storage Ltd nor Draig Debt Recovery Ltd shall pursue me for the storage charges settled by this transfer.
• I confirm I have legal authority to transfer ownership.
• I confirm all information provided is true and accurate.

6. Transfer of Ownership

This agreement becomes effective only when signed by both parties.

Ownership transfers to Draig Debt Recovery Ltd upon completion of both signatures.

7. Independent Advice

I acknowledge:

• I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.

• I understand the effect of this agreement.

• I am signing freely, voluntarily and without coercion.
